CERTIFICATION: On July 7, 2000, Leonardo Cooked Ham obtained the Agro-Industrial product certification from the Cermet society (certified in 2000-01) that guarantees the Italian provenance of primary materials, the protein level, the absence of gluten, of derivatives of milk and of proteins without animal or vegetable origin.
